Premades from Pixelated Daydreams are to be linked back to Pixelated Daydreams at www.daydreams.dangerspalace.com on the same page that they are displayed. Premades may NOT be altered unless specified differently at time of purchase. This means you may not add test to them, recolor, resize, or change them in anyway.

Sigtags from Pixelated Daydreams are to be linked back to Pixelated Daydreams at www.daydreams.dangerspalace.com on the same page that they are displayed. Sigtags may be used in forums and emails, as long as there is a clickable link placed in the direct vicinity of the sigtag.


Tubes from Pixelated Daydreams are to be linked back to Pixelated Daydreams at www.daydreams.dangerspalace.com on a membership page or an easily viewed page on your site. You may not alter the tubes by recoloring, resizing, splicing, dicing, chopping or any other means of changing the actual intellectual property other than to assemble together and to add text. You may not redistribute the "naked" tubes without assembling them first. You may not pass these tubes around in email groups such as yahoo or google. You may not add them to a members area. When you purchase a tube set, the license is for you, and only you.

When you purchase tubes from Pixelated Daydreams, you are only purchasing a license to use the graphics, but not the actual graphics themselves. I still reserve the right to use them for my own work. Tube Packs sold of Characters must have the character name remain intact. For instance,Pearberry Tubes, must not be called Harry or any other name on your website. I don't want any confusion as to where these tubes came from.

Websets from Pixelated Daydreams are to be linked back to Pixelated Daydreams at www.daydreams.dangerspalace.com on the same page that any of the webset graphics are displayed. This is the same if you use the whole webset, or if you just use the backgrounds for the set.
